After the Fires

A long drive through the wine growing region of Portugal today - very twisty with locals going at great speeds! We passed through one area which had suffered fire damage. It seemed as if the undergrowth had been most affected and tree trunks. I expect most will recover but houses close by must have been very worried!
Rough weather this evening so we hope it will have abated by the morning.
