George Washington

A bit cooler today, so we took a trip to Sulgrave Manor, the ancestral home of the Washington family, of 1st President of the USA fame. This bust of the man must be fairly new; I'm sure it wasn't there last time we went.

It will be interesting to see if this entry gets posted to Twitter and Facebook as it normally does. For some reason, Blipfoto had a Blip of it's own yesterday; it decided not to post the picture, my 100th, to them, so I got 2 views instead of an average of 68. Now, I'm not in this for numbers (and frankly, it wasn't a great picture), but it's interesting to see where the viewings come from!
