What’s happening?

We found this happening when we went to get some shopping from the Co-op at Bosham. One row of parking spaces were not available, but we still got parked okay. I am hoping that this will be an extension to the car park, which serves both the doctors’ surgery and the shop. A farm tractor was working in the field beyond, so no new development, hopefully.

However, on the way home we saw that two large fields along the main road are fenced off ready for development.
