Lego Kingfisher

Well here it is ..the Lego model kingfisher that I made on Monday.

We were out this morning for coffee/shopping with our daughter…and by the time we got home (at lunchtime) it was tipping down, so I decided that an indoor blip was probably the safest bet as the forecast is for rain all day now!

I like the bright colours of this model - the head rocks from side to side, the primary feathers ‘flap’ and it has a flexible beak with a tiny little silver fish!! Also some bulrushes..

On with my next plastic model kit..a De Havilland Mosquito…not planning to go out anywhere!!
