Triffid in my garden!

Well a Teasel really, I decided I would let it grow and then removed it before it seeds, I am guessing it has got here from bird seed but it is enormous and the spines of the leaves and stalk are lethal! My garden is now past it's best, the heat of the last week or so have put paid to most of the flowers, the jasmine smells wonderful in the evening but the whole place need a good chop and weed however I need it to be about 10 degrees cooler to tackle that!
