Today, my brother-in-law showed us some family photos he had scanned into his laptop as we whiled away some hospital waiting time. This is one of me in my early days!

Mum’s consultant told us she was being prepared to move to a rehab unit and gave us some wise words of counsel re how best to set up her care going forward.

Mum was able to move to the chair beside her bed this morning and seemed a whole lot perkier there, combing her thick thatch of pure white hair!
