Castle Dyke

Not so much a castle in the modern sense but a late bronze age/ early iron age hill fort. My blip is of part of the rampart and the ditch is to the right. I like this little area with the trees clumped together and the exposed roots filling the area between them.

We've had a lot of rain today but by mid afternoon it had mostly cleared away and given some nice sunshine.
