Cosmos in Victoria Park

When I ran past these cosmos in Victoria Park on Tuesday, I mentioned to Mr hazelh that I should come back with my iPhone and blip them. This I did  this afternoon when we popped out for a short walk.

Also today I have been to the gym, picked up Mummy hazelh's latest prescription from the pharmacy then sorted her drugs into her two pill cases, prepared a chicken and courgette curry for supper and... <drum roll>.. beaten Mr hazelh at Scrabble.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; pilates class; swim (30 lengths); walking (19,423 steps).
