Friday

I've not had a good day. I woke up feeling sick and breathless and stayed that way all day, relieved only by bouts of napping. By this evening I felt a little better, though still getting breathless.  

I had my regular phone call from the District Nurses.  They are going to call round on Sunday.

Earlier Emma and Raffy called by.  Lovely to see them.

I didn't get out to take any photos but the geraniums and snapdragon on the patio are still in flower.   So a quick snap for Flower Friday hosted by BikerBear.
