Blowing in the wind

it was cold and windy this morning, but the sun eventually broke through the clouds.  There was a tub full of these flowers,, whose name I can't remember, but this is the last one standing.  They are rather small flowers and I did try to use the search on my phone, but the flower would not stay still so it didn't work.
