Phew!

It is not much of a Blip, is it? 

Not too sharp. 

My excuse is I was tired. I had just spent 40 minutes constantly stirring that risotto. As usual with risottos, I started to lose the will to live at about the 25 minute mark. As always, I kept at it and was well rewarded. 

Delicious - credit to Lisa for the recipe and to my right arm for the hard grind. 

I have plenty left over if anyone feels like popping round. 

Just like Lisa in her video I had some white wine left over, so I treated myself. 

Apart from cooking, today I did laundry and ironing, some gardening, and went to the supermarket. Tomorrow will be more interesting.
