Götheborg

Today I made a visit with my boys to Tall Ship Race 2013 happening in Helsinki. Old sailing ships were magnificient such as this full rigged Götheborg from Sweden. Today all of those continue their trip to the next pitstop Riga, Latvia.

The most annoying thing was all private little boats hanging around those ships, so I admit I have now eliminated some of those in this shot. Also bright daylight with warm shivering air above the sea did not provide the best possible circumstances for proper photos, thus this looks more like a painting, but still I personally like this.
