The lady of the moment

Rachel’s farewell was just great.

She had no idea what we had planned and was especially emotional when her family arrived to be part of the day.

The caterers did a fine job, the cake was, as one person said, fiery, which means outstanding, who knew, not me, but it was.

Lots of singing, many speeches made, and just like that, the event was over. I was glad to finally have a seat in the garden as I was kind of knackered after such a busy day.

Oh, and she loved her collage. Job done.
