River

The distinctive spire of St Peter's in Wallingford, seen across a swollen River Thames from the historic bridge that crosses the river to the village of Crowmarsh Gifford.

In today's 'Extras', somebody stops on the bridge to gaze at the river in spate, while a family of swans swims on what is normally the Crowmarsh Riverside recreation ground.
