Blanching Squash

Had some squash I needed to do something with.  So I cooked some for dinner with onions and blanched the rest and flash froze them.  Now we'll have some for later. 

Thank you all for your warm and encouraging comments yesterday.  It took a lot for me to share all that but I'm glad I finally did!  As always you all are the very best of mankind and I will always be grateful to Joe Tree for starting this site.  Thank you!
