Free cakes

I went into the office again this morning. Sadly, my colleague who keeps me company did not come.

I had a brief chat with my manager. Told him that I want to do a training session with other colleagues but showed no interest in it besides smiles.

Mid day for a Macmillan cancer charity event, colleagues made delicious Victoria sponge cake, cupcakes, cookies and rocky road. With a small donation, I was able to savour some lovely treats.

Next, I went to the bhangra dance class. I was feeling quite tired but the dance helped rejuvenate me. Sadly, there are struggling to keep the society up and running as people are who were part of the ‘committee’ have left (and don’t seem any longer interested in it). This is a bad thing for dancers like me who are interested.

Returned home and had my tea!
