Sand Yachting at St Anne's

A trip up to St Anne's for a sand yachting regatta. Not a breath of wind when we arrived, so there was no alternative but to sit in Beachcomber Cafe and order a cooked breakfast. 
Only four races were possible as the wind was intermittent and unpredictable, but the yachters were very welcoming and chatty. Some had travelled across the country.
The sandyacht in the foreground is being driven by young Emma. It's a sport for young and old. It was Ian's 80th birthday today.
