A Butterfly

A rare sight this year and I was surprised to see one this morning.

It was cold first thing - our central heating kicked in (again)…I was glad of a fleece and hat and gloves when I set off for my walk (08:30 ish).

By 9:30 the sun was out and it was beginning to warm up…then I spotted this butterfly flitting about…fortunately it settled on some clover and remained there for a while basking in the sunshine - so I was able to get a shot of it. A ‘large white’ I believe.
