Mrs BHs birthday... Again

Alarm went at 4:50 do I could take Mrs BH to see the sunrise at the highest point of the village. She didn't want to go.

Next alarm went at 6:30 - mistaken alarm from yesterday. Oops.

Third alarm went at 7:30 to get us all out of bed, up an ready for the big day on the river. We canoed from Bridgnorth down the Severn to Arley. Then got the Severn Valley Railway back to Bridgnorth.

We discovered muscles that we never knew we had, and tonight we are both knackered and a little sore. But we had just a perfect day. Imagine paddling downstream in the sunshine with the one you love, singing at the top of your voice... Just perfect!
