Not a bubble!

A very bitty day today. I've felt very tired and just wanted to relax but I had quite a bit to do so I've done bits of processing, tidying, mowing lawn etc. I had a plan for a photo experiment tonight so didn't take any during the day. Note to self - If you're planning an evening experiment always take a backup blip during the day just in case!

I had an idea of playing with bubbles again, aiming for a sharp one not on the wand. Thought a nice black background and good lighting would work. Left it until it was evening thinking it would help with studio lighting ... didn't think about the fact it would slow the shutter speed down too much. I got interesting effects - no bubbles but the camera did record the rainbow reflections in movement so I got streaky lines. Failed.

Tried another idea from my list. Failed with that one too!

Getting tired and had enough so resorted to these gems, playing with dof. Didn't think I would have to resort to something like this during the Big Adventure! Must try harder.
