Beer o’clock

We’ve found ourselves at a stunning spot by Lake Ohrid. It’s out of season so very, very quiet. But the weather is perfect at the moment so we’ve been in the water and in the water. Paddle boarding round the shore was so peaceful with calm clear water.
My friends have been travelling since April and are very relaxing and thoroughly enjoying themselves. It’s lovely to spend some time with them.
We had a delicious dinner in the evening at the neighbouring restaurant. Just the 4 of us there, sitting out on the veranda by the lake. We were treated to salad, courgettes, chips and fresh fish, and Albanian wine.
