Autumn

Autumn is well and truly here.  Weather has been so wet and it was frosty this morning.  I am seeing lots of these spiders around too.  

I went to slimming world.  I lost a 4lbs this week, probably down to the marathon walk, maybe I should do another, haha!

I took the girls to gymnastics, dropped my friends daughter home and then went for a little jog.  The weather was actually nice for a run after the last week of rain.  It was a bit of running and a bit of walking but I enjoyed it.  I'll go back to parkrun once I can run 5k without having to walk. 

This afternoon I took the girls to the reptile shop.  They were doing snake handling sessions and so we thought that would be fun.  Eldest had decided she definitely wants a gheko now and not a snake.  I'm going to look for a rescue one for her birthday but will get the set up there.  

Came home and relaxed at home for the afternoon and evening. A nice day.
