I'm walking to Scotland, said the youngest

He spent an hour or so getting all the things he might need, tent, food, Teddy bears,Tractor Ted books, water, blankets, first aid kit. I grudgingly said I would accompany him and for various reasons, we didn't get far before turning back. He made everyone a hot chocolate before setting out again, alone, which I managed to give him all of 5 minutes before heading out to follow / check all OK. He was at the end of the drive, shoes off, in his sleeping bag. Apparently he needed a bit of a rest. I wheeled him home. However, we have discussed a walking holiday in Scotland - not too Scotland!
