Root Fair

The last weekend on September sees the Root Fair setting up along the Whitesands. This fair has been part of the local calendar for years and it traditionally marks the end of harvest time and time to celebrate.
I'm not a fan of fairgrounds, but appreciate that others do and it's the livelihood for some.
Anyway, it was a nice and relaxing Saturday. I went swimming, took the dogs out for a walk (Max plus Buddy, who we have been looking after), ironing, cake baking and going for dinner at with friends.
Just chilled!
