Mushrooms!

Years ago I saw wonderful photos of mushrooms and an online class on how to do photos like it. I bought the class, never watched it, and never found perfectly formed, undamaged mushrooms since. Now there are some growing with the lavender I planted this year so hopefully tomorrow I’ll look for the class and give it a whirl. 

Ukraine has taken measures to protect the electrical system and they worked very well for a long time but by this winter Russia’s onslaught will overwhelm them. Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s electrical system have demonstrated that decentralized energy is more secure in war too. The Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation is providing schools and hospitals with solar panels and energy storage systems. Yuliana Onishchuk Is an energy lawyer and solar power project manager and created the foundation. She knew they’d have to be rebuilt and hoped that the they could be rebuilt using clean energy. Then Russia began attacking the energy system so energy independent schools and hospitals are now essential.
