Does what it says on the tin...

...this is the shelf in the treatment room where I had a deep tissue massage & some acupuncture this evening.

My therapist informs me I'm a little odd... She's not met anyone before who has fell asleep during a deep tissue massage.

Unfortunately the rest of my evening wasn't so calm due to an incident with my eldest daughter but all is well & sorted now!

I've just had a bottle of toffee apple cider to 'calm' me again ;)
