"It was only this high a few days ago!"

Rocko and Stella are pointing out how much the amaryllis has grown in just a few days.  Friends gave me the plant for Christmas last year and it was lovely when it finally bloomed in February.  I decided to try keeping it and seeing if it would rebloom.  It lived in the cool pantry, and I just recently brought it out.  I am delighted to see it putting out leaves!  Whether it will bloom or not remains to be seen.  Rocko and Stella are Henry and Pippa's BFF's.  Henry wants to show you the third hotel we will be staying at next May, the Malmaison in Dundee. (In extras) It is a restored Victorian hotel near the waterfront and has a magnificent staircase.  I do love a grand staircase, but I have expressly forbidden Henry from sliding down it!
