Sleeping and pain are the main issues….or rather: not sleeping…..but i am making progress in walking…

Elv brought the shopping round and put it away…we also started the process of making an appointment for renewing my Dutch passport…..Elv and i always do it together but i can’t go yet go when she needs to go to Birmingham….so i hope to do it in January
