Blue Light

It occurs to me that I haven't been firing on all cylinders for a while now - as today was another in the 'below par' box. Even so, I took the woofer to join everyone for an early afternoon get together drink at Sahara restaurant on the sea front for an hour. Everyone being Bev, Nigel, Janice, Altan and Zeynep. Beautiful weather - 34ºC with a breeze. 

A much needed grocery shopping excursion late afternoon, after which I spent forever making a cheesy pasta oven bake that I ended up eating at 9pm!!  I was then unable find anything on Netflix to entertain me so not long after 10pm I decided to climb the wooden hill .  Of course, as soon as I went in my bedroom, it was flooded with the pool lights that don't turn off till 11.15, which reminded me that I had not taken any photo today. So there you have it, Blue Light. Wholly inappropriate for the sleep cycle but at least it reminded me to tell the pool man on Monday that it's time to turn them off completely. 

In other news: Maddy, my niece, is 21 today. Quick message exchange - and some Instagram pics and I'm feeling old now, but she clearly had a great day.
