A trip north today with MC and the wee one. We picked up Aunty L and went out for lunch before popping up to see Uncle G’s progress on his house. Things are beginning to look more house like but there’s still a long way to go before it’s habitable.

The wee one enjoyed having a shot on the mini digger and Uncle G needed all his wits about him to keep control of the little pair of hands which had a mind of their own!

The A1 was exceedingly busy both ways…a JCB and three tractors with slurry tanks and muck spreaders caused mayhem heading north as no one could get past them. An accident as we headed south…fire engine, police and multiple ambulances but the traffic was flowing.
