From Slade to London

I was texting my friend B who was at the Strictly dress rehearsal. We were swapping industry gossip but he’s been here so I wanted to show him the sunny autumnal light, the dog and the cup of tea I was drinking  and he wanted to show me himself surrounded by neon.  We carried on back and forth until I had to plant some bulbs before the day faded. 

Pilates first thing, stopped at the garden centre to try and find some hollyhock seed but it had all gone, I’m going to plant them in the gravel alongside the barn. I’ll have to buy seed on line. 

V decided to buy a fine fish dinner from Dishpatch and we ate a mussel veloute, monk fish and chocolate pud.  Then watched a Kaos and Murders in the Building.
