Late afternoon walk

Sun in the morning, had an hour of a technical training in a mixed double - good to get the lactic acid out of the muscles.
Then lunch and a bit of housework tasks. Late afternoon the sun came out and we had a lovely walk along the ancient ramparts of Middelburg.
