Sweetheart Pin

One of my friends gave me this and asked if I knew anyone who could make use of it, unlikely as the regiment ceased to exist in 1966 when it became part of the Green Jackets Brigade.
It is a “sweetheart” brooch/badge but I can ask at the various Veterans Breakfast Club if anyone can make use of it or would like it.

At home a quiet day, little bit of homework from yesterday’s gardening but otherwise card writing and staring forlornly out of the window and pondering when the scaffolding might come down. Would be nice to get the back garden in some semblance of order.
