Messenger

We had a walk at park Rosenhöhe in Darmstadt and a lunch in the nearby "Hofgut" with our oldest son and family. Although the number of parked cars let us expect an overcrowded park it was nevertheless almost empty.

Many things to see in the park, amongst others the Spanish tower, with a sculptures garden. About 15 sculptures, some more abstract than others, but all quite interesting.

My entry shows the sculpture called Messenger, made in 2015 by the Norwegian artist (illustrator, visual artist and animator) Per Dybvig. The bronze art object is 2.6m high!

By the way, the meeting with son, DIL and granddaughter was very nice. Granddaughter is growing, and interacting with her, making her smile/laugh is lovely!
