Where there's smoke there's fire

We saw the smoke while waiting for a bus and decided to invetsigate. This building stands on Broxburn's Main Street and has lain empty for years, after the new primary school was built behind it. A real waste of a lovely building and the seconds time it has been on fire in recent years I believe.
It did draw a fair sized crowd. The number of people who could be heard saying it was the council who had 'done it', because they wanted to buid flats instead was, frankly, hilarious.
