Tay Rail Bridge
A bright sunny day
The first Tay Rail Bridge collapsed in December 1879 with loss of 59 lives. It was eventually decided to build a new bridge which was completed in 188. As you can see it is a solid construction and curves across the Tay, if you look closely you can see the curve. Trains do travel slowly across the Bridge but obviously it has stood firm all this time.
