Reversing Truck Alarm

I happened to read about Ed Peterson (1921-1999) earlier this year. He was the American former bomber pilot so dismayed by the number of workers killed by reversing vehicles on big worksites that he invented the Bac-A-Larm in the 1960s.

This delivery driver was reversing on a one-way street, but he was facing in the right direction - and back-up beeping.
