Autumn

It’s amazing how things change in a week. I came back from holiday and suddenly the conkers are falling! I automatically pick them up before they get crushed. I love the shine and the feel of them. It also brings back memories of picking them for my son and then my grandsons. Now I put them on window ledges and tell my granddaughter that it keeps the spiders away! (She isn’t keen!!)
