More bread

Sorry, it's been a day full of meetings and rain, neither is very photogenic. I managed to make a little granary loaf in amongst the fun - it's a case of looking arocss my diary to see when there will be space to weight & mix, and then a while later knock back and cut into two pieces, and then - the tricky bit - getting it in the oven knowing that I'll be able to take it out again between meetings.
