Mono Monday - Sound

Carolina has asked to portray something that makes a sound.  I have chosen the telephone that stands in our Hall.  Some days it makes much too much sound, when I keep getting interrupted by it's ringing. Other days we don't hear a sound from it and begin to wonder if it has broken.
