Baby Sequel

I couldn’t resist blipping Baby again! Baby, an American goldfinch fledgling, was hanging around the lilacs calling sweetly for parent to feed him. When parent didn’t show up he jumped to the shepherd’s hook hoping to be seen :) • A beautiful day for being outdoors! You can’t beat a light breeze with 70 degree sunshine on this last day of September! • Serenaded by a Carolina wren and acorns dropping in the woods, I finished staining the deck floor. YaY! Then continued taping and staining between spindles. The end is in sight • We’re thrilled (and relieved) to have hired a new snowplow guy this morning! He checked out the driveway while we discussed the necessary details. Fingers crossed we don’t see him until December :) • Peace & Love
