A very wet day today so time spent in the garage, this screwdriver was completely covered in various colours of paint when I started to clean it, this is the result and the details are "Colonel" Sheffield England. The only information I can find are that it was the brand name for Woolworths in the 1950's or a part of a tool kit for Rolls Royce cars of the same period, strange bedfellows, which ever it is well made.
