Cocoa Hit!

I just found my new favourite dark chocolate… Madagascan 73% apparently! It’s just sweet enough with just the right amount of bitterness… trouble is that blend makes it quite moreish, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid! Perhaps I should go back to the Peruvian 90% because I didn’t like it so much!
