"Don't be crabby"

We have ended the crab season for 2024. Last catch in the steamer...can you "Hear the Bubbles"? Mono Monday sounds. The pots are on the shore. We had a fair season and have plenty of crab cakes (100+) for the coming year. We also have 4lbs of meat for soup or dip. 
We heard from our snowbird neighbors in FL. They and their daughter each have 4'+ of water in their homes. They the area is devastated. Our friends in NC sent a message they now have power and are doing better than the folks in FL. My heart goes out to all the people suffering from Helene. They need support in every way we can possibly come up with.
