It was lovely to see that we still have a lot of tomatoes despite being away for over 4 weeks and the vegetables having no care at all over this time. We also found a rather large courgette (more like a marrow!). This afternoon was spent cooking, ' spainish stuffed courgette' based on a marrow recipe for supper, plum crumble (as we still have a freezer half full of plums) and roasted tomato sauce for the future.
