The curling opening Bonspiel of the season

...took place at Lanarkshire Ice Rink this evening.  It was very well attended with 12 teams filling the sheets at the ice rink.
 Among those taking part was Holly Burke , a member of the Scottish team who won a gold medal in the mixed doubles final at the first Youth Olympics  in Korea at the end of January. 2024. 
Unfortunately the team that I was in this evening weren't so fortunate.
