Regional Archies

The Archibald Prize is an annual prize for Australian portraiture. The finalists are exhibited at the Art Gallery of NSW and then in a number of regional galleries.

We enjoy visiting regional art galleries when we are travelling. We didn’t know that the 2024 Archibald finalists were at the gallery in Orange, so finding them today was a lovely surprise.
