had a wonderful night’s sleep after i took the last sleeping tablet the gp described when Stuart died 7 yrs ago….

the district nurse came early for the bloodtest, the RSV jab nurse came shortly after….she suggested to wait 2 or 3 weeks to see how my lip is then….

one essential oil diffuser gave up the ghost the new one came today…..i had hoped it was wireless, but it needs tobe connected via usb…thank goodness a 1meter usb cable is included……it works perfect and it’s nice and small, perfect for the bedroom 

it’s October…..how did that happen…..?  :):)
