Dashing in and dashing for cover
It's been raining heavily all day and JJ has had to drive Simon and Luke to Addenbrooke's in Cambridge for Luke's monthly check-up and injections. It's just after 4 p.m. and he isn't home yet so I suspect the roads are busy and very wet.
I've washed and dried the bedding and put a heavier duvet on JJ's bed. I've also started getting together clothes for packing and sorted my camera bag.
The birds are trying to keep out of the rain and making the short flight between the Acer and the feeder.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching Nightsleeper but had to laugh when a train guard on BBC Look East said all they had to do was pull the emergency lever to stop the train.
