Weird

This is a house I passed today while walking the dogs. The car parked in the drive is going nowhere soon. The second car parked alongside is even more overgrown and .......the house itself looks so overgrown I am unsure how you can get in or out of it. It’s tempting to think that it is neglect, but the flowers actually look well tended and artfully placed. Is it just unusual garden features? Or.....plain weird?
